Express Delivery
Guided the complete design cycle for a paid Express Delivery service, which would deliver goods within 3 hours, reducing the subsidy for express delivery by KZT 120 million (80% reduction), leading to significant cost savings
Seller rating system
Led the preparation and launch of a new seller rating system in the Kaspi Store, raising the share of orders from partners with a rating of more than 4 points to 97% (a 4% increase) and increasing the number of partners with reviews to over 29,000

Participated in the hiring process, reviewed candidates' test assignments, evaluated their performance, and provided feedback
