Responsibilities
Team Management
Recruitment, onboarding, and training of mentors, supervisors, and experts 
Evaluating and adjusting their work, maintaining motivation and a productive team atmosphere
Quality control of the educational process
Supporting students from purchase to results (growth of skills, income, employment)
Implementing onboarding, monitoring the pathway in CRM, collecting and analyzing feedback
Monitoring key metrics: case conversion, course completion rate, NPS, number of consultations, and refund rate
Strategic and operational planning
Development and execution of departmental plans
Daily tracking of performance metrics, prompt issue resolution, preparation of reports
Creating marketing materials, building funnels, organizing events
Product development
Continuous improvement of training methodology and educational content
Engaging experts, controlling the timing and quality of material production
